Joseph, a Texas native, developed a passion for computers at an early age. His career journey took him from the auto repair industry to the oil fields before settling in Montana to be closer to family. In 2022, Joseph transitioned into the home automation industry, quickly excelling through his dedication to learning and improving.
With a natural talent for networking, inspired by his father’s work as an IT Administrator, Joseph has become a key resource within his company for network integration. He is PCNA certified and consistently seeks opportunities to expand his expertise in the home automation field.
As an Audio Video (AV) Network and Service Specialist. Joseph's daily tasks include,
Installing, configuring, and setting up AV equipment, network systems, and various control technologies to meet project requirements.
Identifying and resolving technical issues related to AV systems, network equipment, and control technologies efficiently.
Overseeing and maintaining the network infrastructure essential for supporting audiovisual systems.
Developing detailed system designs, including proposals, scopes of work, bills of materials, programming specifications, and user documentation.
Outside of work, Joseph enjoys quality time with his family and deepening his knowledge of emerging technologies in home automation.
