Joseph Maxwell

Joseph is a Texas native who developed a love for computers early in life. His career path took some interesting turns — from the auto repair industry to the oil fields — before he made his way to Montana to be closer to family. In 2022, he transitioned into the home automation industry and hit the ground running, quickly making his mark through sheer dedication and a drive to keep improving.

With a natural talent for networking inspired by his father's career as an IT Administrator, Joseph has become a go-to resource within the company for network integration. He holds his PCNA certification and is always looking for new ways to expand his expertise in an industry that moves fast.

As an Audio Video Network and Service Specialist, Joseph's days are anything but routine. He handles the installation, configuration, and setup of AV equipment, network systems, and control technologies, while also troubleshooting technical issues and managing the network infrastructure that keeps audiovisual systems running smoothly. On top of that, he develops detailed system designs — including proposals, scopes of work, bills of materials, and user documentation — making him as valuable in the planning phase as he is in the field.

When he's not on the job, Joseph enjoys spending quality time with his family and staying on top of the latest developments in home automation technology.
