Installing and commissioning residential and
light commercial AV, lighting control, and smart home systems
·
Working with technologies like Lutron, Crestron,
Vantage, Araknis structured cabling, and more
·
Collaborating closely with project leads and
fellow technicians on-site and other tradesmen
·
Participating in ongoing training to advance
your certifications and skill set
·
Taking pride in clean, professional work that
clients can see and feel
👥 Who We're Looking For
Here's the honest truth: we hire for

You've got Lutron, Crestron or
Vantage experience, you can go out the door and run a job independently, and
you're ready for a company that actually values what you bring to the table.

You've got 1–3 years of electrical,
AV, or tech experience, you're mechanically sharp, you learn fast, and you
want a career — not just a job. We'll train you the right way.

If you're coming from an electrical
background and curious about the AV world — we want to talk to you. Some
